BPO Operations Manager and Senior TL [up to P120K & P60K]

EnfraUSA Solutions, Inc. is looking for experienced BPO managers for the positions of Operations Manager and Senior Team Leader to usher in new levels of productivity, quality and success. Your proven ability to inspire those around you and initiate processes and strategy will assist us in operational, business and leadership development as we grow together.
How you’ll make an impact
* Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses
* Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, clients, and managers to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
* Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks related to production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs including: preparing and completing action plans, system audits and analyses and quality assurance programs
* Uphold our dedication to quality service through policies and standards and ensuring legislative regulations are followed
* Work with human resources to recruit, select, train, schedule, coach and discipline employees through hands-on monitoring, evaluation and adjustments
* Initiate innovative strategies and development plans to ensure growth of programs and people company-wide
* Take on admin tasks as necessary and as required (e.g. reports, process documentation, calendaring)
* Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by Management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the company

What you need to succeed
* At least 5 years of BPO operations management experience
* Work onsite in Ortigas with occasional travel to Cebu as needed
* Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
* Demonstrated ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, improve quality and support rapidly shifting business demands
* Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines, budgeting and business plan development
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours as required
* Organized, with attention to detail and communication and leadership skills- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
