Main Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, registering them in the CRM
- Engage and manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital channels to drive conversion
- Conduct virtual product presentations tailored to customer needs
- Manage and develop C&D; accounts, focusing on retention, repeat business, and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Field Sales team to ensure proper follow-up on high-potential leads
- Promote the use of online sales channels and self-service options for customers
- Keep key information, including customer data, lead tracking, and sales results, updated in the CRM
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key KPIs
