In this role you will support European pricing initiatives for Renewable, Property, Engineering, Cyber and Professional Indemnity lines from Madrid. You will partner with underwriting and finance teams to develop and implement pricing strategy, tools, and management information. You’ll handle case pricing for large/ unusual accounts and ensure compliance with actuarial standards and regulatory requirements. This is an opportunity to influence pricing decisions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment that values bold, curious thinking.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support actuarial pricing activities across Europe for multiple lines (Property, Renewables, Cyber, Engineering)
• Assist Spanish actuarial hub actuaries as needed
• Support underwriters with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Case price large or unusual accounts with frequency/severity simulations and experience-based analyses
• Create and maintain pricing tools and provide underwriter training for consistency
• Produce Pricing Management Information and KPIs for underwriters and senior management
• Communicate pricing results clearly to underwriters and stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders to optimize pricing and performance, explaining viewpoints
• Ensure pricing advice complies with actuarial standards and Munich Re guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Drive good conduct to deliver best outcomes for customers
Responsabilidades
• Expertise in pricing commercial insurance
• Proven modelling and data experience
• Solid understanding of standard reserving methods
• Strong xpzdshu analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reports and presentations
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in a small, dynamic team
