Job Description
This role focuses on driving category growth by generating new users and influencing eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners to adopt a proactive mindset regarding contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
* Influence ECPs and owners to switch from a passive to a proactive approach towards contact lenses.
* Understand the unique needs and characteristics of each channel, including buying groups and chains.
* Apply essential tools to drive category growth: customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, database management, and training programs for customers.
* Execute business plans (JBP) defined for each key account (KA) within your area of responsibility.
* Broaden the Misight category by educating ECPs on its benefits and encouraging them to improve children's lives.
* Implement coverage plans tailored to each region based on customer segmentation.
* Follow established sales processes.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, and other stakeholders.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Contribute value to the team as a collaborative member.
* Stay informed about CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative tasks.
* Maintain a solid understanding of CooperVision products and competitors' offerings.
* Attend industry congresses as requested.
* Prepare for training and professional development opportunities.
