Role Overview
As part of the Marketing department, you’ll join the Acquisition team, driving and optimising Paid Social campaigns, analysing results, and collaborating with the creative team to improve performance across markets.
Responsibilities
* Create and optimise performance campaigns for Meta and other Paid Social channels.
* Manage conversion-optimised campaigns across different countries and segments.
* Analyse and report the results of the campaigns.
* Work closely with the creative team, providing feedback on campaign improvements and new creative concepts.
* Forecast expected results and work to meet those objectives.
Qualifications for Success
* Experience with conversion campaigns in Paid Social Media, especially at Meta.
* High proficiency in Excel for campaign analysis and optimisation.
* Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
* Ability to work with large budgets and adapt ideas to different budget sizes.
* Experience working in a start-up environment, goal-oriented, and close collaboration with business teams.
* Good command of English, as most communication will be in this language.
