At Sanoma, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Service Manager to help drive operational excellence across our Application Management landscape.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality IT service delivery, improving operational performance, and collaborating with international teams and partners across the organization.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and coordinate end-to-end service delivery for Application Management services
- Ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement across operations
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery matters
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor service KPIs, incidents, SLAs, and operational performance
- Drive improvements in processes, governance, and user experience
- Support a collaborative and customer-focused service culture across teams
What we’re looking for
- 3–7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or similar roles
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating vendors or outsourced teams is a plus
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management best practices is beneficial
- Languages: Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus

- Experience in large-scale or regional/general service delivery environments
- Knowledge of Application Management processes and governance
- Experience working in remote/distributed teams
