In this role you will lead a global digital adoption program focused on WalkMe, aligning across functions and regions to drive adoption, productivity, and engagement. You will partner with IT, L&D, Change Management, and business units to scale WalkMe through Salesforce, Workday, M365, and internal tools. You will oversee governance, performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring measurable ROI and scalable implementations. This fully remote opportunity suits a strategic, hands-on leader who can bridge business needs with technical delivery and vendor partnerships. You will shape the DAP strategy and execution to transform how employees interact with enterprise systems.

• Lead the global WalkMe implementation and governance model
• Drive adoption roadmap and KPI-driven execution across platforms
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment and vendor/consultant relationships
• Oversee project teams from design through go-live, with scalable build standards
• Analyze adoption metrics, report ROI, and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate UAT, integrations, and deployments with IT and platform owners
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in program management, SaaS implementation, or IT Product Enablement
• 2+ years hands-on experience xpzdshu with WalkMe or other DAPs
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Workday, M365, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of UAT, data integrations, API connections
• Ability to troubleshoot and liaise with technical teams
• Bachelor in Information Technology (preferred)
• WalkMe certification preferred but not required
