Experteer Overview As Flight Line A400M Production Delivery Manager, you will oversee daily production alignment on the flight line to meet the aircraft plan. You will guide foremen, ensure smooth cross-shift information flow, and unblock issues to sustain momentum. You’ll lead daily industrial meetings and coordinate station activities with system, quality, and production control teams. This role focuses on continuous improvement and risk-based planning to deliver on-time and safely. - Balance resources across production shifts and guide foremen to meet shift needs
- Improve information flow between shifts to maintain work continuity
- Unblock production issues to achieve the daily plan
- Lead daily aircraft planning meetings and coordinate station activities
- Act as time-keeper and short-term planning coordinator for the station
- Prepare daily tasks, allocate people/tools/job cards, and ensure aircrafts are ready to carry out work
- Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the area
- Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and identify major industrial risks
- Contribute to defining the industrial plan and implement corrective actions when needed
- Support foreman and station leadership in execution and escalationResponsabilidades
- Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
- At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering
- Advanced English language skills
- Knowledge of A400M architecture and manufacturing IT tools (SAP, SIPLA, TLB)
- Proficiency with Office applications
- Problem-solving and high adaptability in changing environments
