Avanade is seeking a professional to lead the Client Solution area for Artificial Intelligence (AI). This person will thrive in complex environments, manage uncertainty, and act as both a technical and strategic reference for clients. The role involves defining and executing the commercial strategy for AI and Agentic AI solutions, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor within Avanade and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Design and lead the sales strategy for AI and Agentic AI solutions in collaboration with the regional leadership team.
- Align initiatives with Microsoft Cloud and AI Platform and other strategic partners to ensure an effective joint strategy.
- Craft Avanade's value proposition in AI and Agentic AI, helping clients understand what makes Avanade different in every proposal.
Client and Partner Relations
- Represent Avanade in public presentations, industry events, and meetings with C-level clients (CIO, CEO, Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, etc.).
- Actively listen to client needs and translate them into effective, scalable AI solutions, maximizing the value of our clients' investments.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in digital transformation and AI-driven innovation.
Commercial and Pre-Sales Support
- Work closely with sales and project teams to build high-impact AI proposals, optimizing our clients' investments.
- Participate in generating commercial proposals, estimating effort, defining teams and appropriate profiles, ensuring that solutions fit the client's needs and maximize investment value.
- Proactively support pre-sales processes, demonstrations, and workshops with clients.
- Drive the adoption of AI solutions (Generative AI, Data Science, Agentic AI, etc.) among new and existing clients.
- Experience designing AI solutions in Azure, including operational aspects, governance, and optimization.
- Experience with AI Roadmaps, business cases, best practices for AI adoption, etc.
Leadership and Culture
- Work with highly qualified teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Promote the development of technical and commercial skills in AI within the team.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, consulting, or commercial leadership roles in AI solutions (Generative AI, Data Science, Agentic AI, etc.)
- Experience preparing tailored commercial proposals for clients, including estimations and team definitions.
- Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to define commercial strategies and lead their execution.
- Strong client orientation, with sensitivity to understand their challenges and propose suitable solutions in clients in upper mid-market, companies between 200M and 2.000M
- Experience working with Azure and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Languages:
- Fluent Spanish and English.
Education:
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related areas.
- Certifications in Azure Data & AI ecosystem, cloud architecture, or commercial leadership are valued.
