Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated L2 Application Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues in a production environment, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve application issues in Production environments
* Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* Analyze application logs using tools such as Splunk or ELK
* Interact with APIs and databases to identify and fix issues
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolution
* Monitor application performance and proactively address potential problems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong experience in application troubleshooting and production support
* Proficiency with log analysis tools such as Splunk or ELK
* Experience with API debugging and integrations
* Solid knowledge of SQL and database interaction
* Understanding of microservices and distributed application environments
* Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus

* Experience working in fast-paced, high-availability environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
