Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with retail clients. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and contributing directly to revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities - Identify, target, and engage prospective clients within the retail sector

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct product presentations and tailor solutions to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Requirements - 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS or retail tech)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Native-level of Spanish is strongly preferred, Catalan is a strong plus and fluency in English is required.
