What You Will Do
* Communicate with drivers to manage workshop appointments.
* Prepare quotations.
* Contrast the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
* Consult references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
* Provide mechanical advice on enquiries received.
* Check and record in the vehicle database (repair history).
* Manage the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
* Communicate with workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.
What You Bring
* Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
* Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
* Danish C1/C2 is essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
