Senior Security Consultant - Red Team
Join NCC Group North America as a Senior Security Consultant specializing in Red Team operations in Madrid (Hybrid). You will be responsible for end‑to‑end adversarial simulations, from initial access to lateral movement and EDR evasion.
Key Accountabilities
* Simulate advanced cyber‑attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and processes.
* Report findings and recommend actionable mitigations to technical and C‑level stakeholders.
* Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, security teams, and leadership.
* Continuously update knowledge of adversarial techniques, tools, and industry trends.
* Mentor junior team members and deliver training on threat vectors and defensive best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Advanced red‑team experience, with proven capability to design realistic attack campaigns.
* Proficiency in cloud platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, EDR/EPP bypasses, gateway filtering, and web proxies.
* Familiarity with European and Spanish regulatory frameworks (e.G., TIBER, CBEST, FEER).
* Cre0t certifications (CCT‑INF, CCSAS, or CCSAM) preferred.
* Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Team‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with experience working in global environments.
