Profiling and updating customer contact details to enhance database accuracy.Transforming unqualified leads into qualified, profiled opportunities.Collaborating with marketing teams to support post-event lead generation activities.Partnering with telesales and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and opportunity follow-up.What we're looking for Fluent or bilingual in French, with at least intermediate English.Experience or knowledge of the sales process.Passionate about sales and technology.Solid IT literacy and comfortable with CRM systems.Reliable, committed, and focused on achieving objectives.What's in it for you Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday, 09:*****:00.Competitive package: 18,984 base salary + up to 4,000 bonus (gross/year).
