We are seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in these regions. The role involves strengthening key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and delivering high-quality proposals.
* Act as the primary contact for assigned automotive accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product development, engineering, marketing) to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that meet customer needs.
* Track, analyze, and forecast account performance, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Sales.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry innovations, contributing to the automotive strategy and product development.
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
* Self-starter with strong initiative.
* Results- and solution-oriented.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High mobility and willingness to travel.
