The Key User is responsible for supporting the end users, defining end user documentation, providing end user training, monitoring data accuracies, identifying process improvements, performing testing, and actively participating in implementation projects.
The role reports to the Director of General Supply Chain and can be based at one of the KP sites in Europe or the USA.
Alternatively, a home office arrangement is also possible.Your Responsibilities:Process & System LeadershipBe the primary liaison for end users — solving daily SAP DIS and TMS process issues, troubleshooting, and coordinating with IT.Lead and document Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and process flows for dispatch, logistics, and warehousing.Train, support, and empower users globally to ensure adherence to best practices and data accuracy.Drive process standardisation, automation, and digitalization across the SCM organization.Own and lead the SCM analytics and BI function, transforming data into actionable insights.Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs, process efficiency, and supply chain performance.Introduce statistical control methods and prescriptive analytics to enhance decision-making.Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and lead the implementation of automation initiatives.SAP DIS & TMS ExpertiseSupport SAP DIS and TMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Collaborate with IT and 3rd-party providers to configure systems that meet evolving business needs.Lead testing, validation, and end-user training for SAP DIS and TMS functionalities.Represent the business unit in SAP and digital transformation projects.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with key stakeholders across Planning, Materials, SCM Sites, IT, and Finance to deliver end-to-end process excellence.Communicate effectively between business and IT, translating operational needs into system solutions.Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives globally.Develop and maintain SCM data repositories in collaboration with IT.Utilize Power Apps, Power BI, Azure SQL, and Office 365 tools to build and maintain scalable process support solutions.Support planning tools, system upgrades, and innovation projects driving the digital SCM roadmap.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field.5+ years experience in SCM, material management, or warehouse management.Advanced functional knowledge of SAP DIS, TMS systems (E2open preferred), and integrated ERP environments.Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and project management.Exceptional analytical mindset with advanced Excel, Access, Power BI, and Power Apps skills.Experience with SQL, VBA, and automation tools (Power Suite, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric).
Strong communication skills in English (German a plus).
