We are currently recruiting a couple of AI developers (generative AI focused)
📌 What would you do?
* Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and ML Engineers to design, build, deploy and monitor scalable AI and Generative AI products.
* Play a key role in the adoption of Generative AI across the business, building solutions based on LLMs, embeddings and RAG to solve real user and operational problems.
* Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI systems that are accurate, reliable and practical in production.
* Monitor and improve model and system performance, apply best practices in Data Science, MLOps and LLMOps, and continuously refine models and prompts to maximize business impact.
* Stay current with LLM, RAG and GenAI best practices, using new techniques and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning
Strong Python and SQL
Experience building and deploying machine learning models
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including:
* Embeddings
* Vector search
* RAG-style architectures
* NLP or transformer models
* Familiarity with model evaluation beyond accuracy (ranking, relevance, retrieval quality, etc.
Nice to have:
* Fluent in english
* Experience with Snowflake
* Knowledge of AWS cloud
* Experience with LLMOps (prompt/version management, monitoring, evaluation frameworks)
