We are seeking a professional with technical degrees or vocational training related to technology to provide remote software technical support to the Dutch and German printer markets.
You must speak Dutch and German fluently, as well as English at a high level.

Responsibilities:
* Providing software technical support to clients in the Netherlands and Germany.
* Offering first-level remote customer support, including telephone support and remote diagnostics.
* Opening support cases.
* Logging calls and cases.
* Troubleshooting technical issues.
* Monitoring ongoing cases and incidents.
* Communicating effectively with clients and partners.
* Reporting to the higher technical team.
* Closing cases after resolution.
* Maintaining service level expectations.
Basic requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch (C1), German (C1), and high proficiency in English (C1).
* Technical degrees or vocational training related to technology.
* Experience providing remote technical support.
* Knowledge of systems administration, Windows, Linux, and servers.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactivity and autonomy.
* Experience in customer service.
Position details:
* Hybrid work model at Sant Cugat (Barcelona), with 3 days in the office per week.
