Key Responsibilities :
* User Acquisition Campaign Management :
* Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.
* Market Research and Analysis :
* Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
* Campaign Performance Optimization :
* Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration :
* Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
* Creative Asset Management :
* Manage creative assets to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.
Key Requirements :
* 5+ year of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred
* 5+ years of experience running MAI, AEO, VO campaigns on Paid Social
* 5+ years of experience running UA Campaigns on Meta, TT, Snap, Reddit, Moloco, Unity, Google and other core channels
* Have strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skills
* Have a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.)
* Have an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.
* Have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns.
* Detail oriented and proactive.
* Speak and write English fluently.
* Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.
