Amoria Bond is currently recruiting for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join one of our clients in Spain. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, with a start date in March or April.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident & Support Management: Resolve 2nd-level functional and technical SAP tickets, analyze reporting issues, and escalate complex cases to 3rd-level support.
- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions in line with evolving business requirements.
- User Support & Enablement: Provide end-user support, deliver training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and test cases.
- Authorization & Compliance: Manage user roles and authorizations, ensuring security standards and audit compliance.
- Ongoing Operations: Prioritize and manage support tickets, implement minor enhancements, support HR cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Required Profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Background in SAP HCM, Payroll (PY), or Time Management (TM) is a plus
- Ability to read/debug ABAP is an advantage
- Experience with Advanced Compensation, Performance & Goals, and/or Learning modules is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Catalan is an advantage
