* Administrative processing of service operations, particularly campaigns conducted by our service technicians and engineers in Europe, and worldwide, in accordance with R&S guidelines, processes and framework agreements.
* Administrative management of campaigns from the offer phase to closure, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., preparing and leading kick-off meetings).
* Monitor progress of campaigns during the offer phase and make escalations accordingly.
* Responsibility for information management during campaigns.
* Professional leadership of the European team for campaign administration.
* Active development and management of specific key performance indicators, particularly cost controlling.
* Creation of reports and reviews in collaboration with internal interfaces, on-site service employees, and management.
* Primary point of contact for special cases, escalations, complex issues, and customer inquiries related to the respective area of responsibility.
* Continuous professional development of the team and participation in cross-location, international projects to improve the administration of service activities.
