About this opportunityLa siguiente información ofrece un resumen de las habilidades, cualidades y cualificaciones necesarias para este puesto.Senior professional responsible for advising a client on health & safety issues relating to a large construction projects, from project initiation to completion.Kindly provide your CV in English.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.- Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet Customers' requirements and business procedures.- Monitoring and working with the principal contractor appointed to complete the project;- Attending regular meetings with the principal contractor;- Providing support and assistance to the principal contractor and contractors on site;- Positively engaging with our client and developing, growing and maintaining our relationship;- Delivering a high quality service which ensures that services meet our client's requirement;- Managing the client's health safety obligations on the project to deliver a high quality service;- Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the construction related health and safety standards, regulations and legislations;- Assisting with the coordination of health and safety aspects of design work;- Cooperating with others involved with the project;- Facilitating good communication between the client, designers and contractors;- Liaising with the principal contractor regarding ongoing design work;- Producing and presenting regular reports to our main client – this will involve prompt flash reports of major issues as well as comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing all aspects of health and safety management on site;- Mentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potential;- Preparing bids f
