You will be responsible for driving GEWISS's growth in Catalonia, leading relationships with key accounts and strategic end users. With over 20,000 products, a presence in 100 countries, 10 production plants, and more than 2,200 employees, GEWISS has been driven by a vision of innovation, quality, and sustainability since its foundation in 1970.

* Position Mission

Manage and develop commercial activity in Catalonia, with a focus split 50% on new business acquisition and 50% on client retention. This is a strategic opportunity, with potential for mid-term growth depending on performance. The role is fully remote, as the company’s headquarters are in Madrid and there are no offices in Barcelona.

* Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales results within the assigned area, focusing on direct sales.
* Promote GEWISS's product portfolio through technical presentations targeting :
* Electrical installation companies (large and medium-sized)
* OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
* EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
* End users
* Identify new business opportunities (hunter profile) and retain existing customers (50% - 50%).
* Continue managing the existing client portfolio from the outgoing sales representative.
* Work in an organized and autonomous manner using the CRM (Dynamics 365), ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of commercial activities.
* Report directly to the Commercial Director and meet set objectives.
* Required Profile
* Technical background, preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Electrical, Electronic, or similar fields).
* At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with manufacturers in the electrical sector (switchgear, home automation, lighting, professional electronics, etc.).
* Proven experience in managing large accounts : installation companies, construction firms, OEMs, EPCs, and end users.
* Strong results orientation, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong commercial profile.
* Technical product presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Dynamics 365.
* Excellent organizational, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Languages :
* Catalan, Spanish, and English : required (English especially for training at headquarters in Italy)
* Italian : also valued.
* Availability to travel regularly throughout Catalonia.
* Conditions
* Fixed salary + variable bonus of up to 20% based on results. Estimated package : approximately €45,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
* Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided.
* 100% remote work, with frequent client visits across Catalonia.

This vacancy is due to the departure of the current Area Manager. The role offers potential for evolution into a position of greater regional responsibility in the medium term, depending on performance and commitment.
