Role Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to join our team managing premium short-term rental apartments in Barcelona. This is a combined role — you will be responsible for both the cleaning of our apartments and the quality control inspection before every guest arrival.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning
- Deep cleaning of apartments after every guest checkout as part of a team
- Replacing and fitting fresh bed linens and towels
- Restocking guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, tea, water, etc.)
- Cleaning all appliances, surfaces, cabinets and bathrooms to a luxury standard
- Following our detailed room-by-room cleaning checklist
Quality Control
- Conducting a full inspection of every apartment before guest arrival
- Verifying cleanliness, linen quality, appliance functionality and guest supplies
- Photographing and documenting any damage or missing items
- Coordinating with the technical team on any maintenance issues
- Ensuring all apartments meet Luxe Vantage's luxury hospitality standards
- Submitting an inspection report after every visit
- Check the condition and functionality of furniture and purchase replacements when needed
- Assist with guest check-ins when needed
We're looking for someone who:
- Is attentive to details and takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, punctual and communicates proactively
- Has experience in hospitality or short-term rental cleaning
- Can work versátil hours including weekdays and some weekends
- Acts quickly and independently when issues arise
Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Salary: 1,700 EUR/month net
