Proven experience as a
Staff Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Kafka, WebSockets, and similar tools.Strong knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and large-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.A
problem-solving mindset
