Position: System Implementation SpecialistAs part of the Digital / EDS team, you will support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of application systems used across our production and business operations.You will work closely with both local teams in Spain and international teams in China.
What You Will DoApplication & Business Support (40%)Daily troubleshooting and issue resolutionSupport users across different applications and business processesEnsure system stability and continuityRequirements & Delivery Coordination (20%)Collect and analyze business requirementsCoordinate with IT suppliers and HQ teamsFollow up on delivery, implementation, and issue resolutionSystem Monitoring (10%)Perform daily health checksMonitor logs, alarms, and performanceReport risks and anomaliesUAT & System Rollouts (30%)Lead User Acceptance Testing for new digital projectsPrepare test plans, scenarios, and documentationValidate system changes with users
What We’re Looking ForExperience in
application support
,
system implementation
,
IT operations
, or similar rolesAbility to analyze requirements, solve problems, and communicate clearlyUnderstanding of
IT project cycles
, system configuration, and UATStrong coordination skills with internal teams & external suppliersBachelor’s degree in
Computer Science

Information Systems
, or related fieldEnglish required
(daily communication);
Spanish strongly preferredExperience in multinational or multicultural environments is a plus
