International Sales Manager – Networks (Europe)

Role Overview

We are seeking an International Sales Manager – Networks to drive growth and market expansion of our networking product line across Europe.

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for our industrial routers, gateways, and connectivity solutions, working closely with Product Management and Senior Sales Leadership to establish and scale our presence in key European markets.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on market development, relationship building, and revenue growth within the networking and IoT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business development and revenue growth for the Queclink Networks product line across Europe
* Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key customers, distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners
* Work closely with Product Management and senior leadership to align market needs with product strategy and roadmap
* Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to expand market share in industrial networking and IoT connectivity solutions
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support customer requirements and solution development
* Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements to inform product and go-to-market strategy
* Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within CRM systems
* Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements across the region

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within networking, IoT, or related technology sectors
* Strong understanding of industrial routers, gateways, cellular connectivity (4G/5G), and IoT networking solutions
* Proven experience developing new markets, partnerships, and customer relationships
* Familiarity with key players in the European networking, telematics, or industrial IoT ecosystem
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales leadership teams
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, international environment
* Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
* CRM experience preferred
