Key Responsibilities
* Manage account strategies for several European clients.
* Establish contacts across various levels within client organizations.
* Lead interdisciplinary bid teams to secure large projects.
* Determine competitive bid prices and negotiate large bids.
* Implement measures to grow sales and enhance competitiveness.
* Collaborate within the VW Group sales team, leveraging synergies across brands and the Group.
* Identify IAV's unique selling propositions and analyze new business opportunities from AI to cylinder deactivation.
Required Skills
* Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or economics; a doctorate is a plus but not required.
* Several years of experience in acquiring development services.
* Knowledge of VW Group's processes and corporate culture.
* Good contacts within VW Group brands.
* Curiosity, relationship management skills, and adaptability.
