Responsibilities
* Lead the negotiation and execution of comprehensive annual commercial plans with assigned National Key Accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's Commercial Policy.
* Assume full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio, focusing on maximizing account profitability and strategically managing trade spending, promotions, and commercial tariffs.
* Design, implement, and track promotional calendars and trade marketing activities across national accounts to optimize sales volume, market share, and efficiency.
* Actively identify and prospect potential new partners at a national level.
* Proactively conduct continuous market surveillance, focusing on competitor activities, category trends, and shifts in customer strategy, to inform and adapt our negotiation approach and commercial plans.
Qualifications
* Academic Background: University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar. Master’s Degree in Sales, Commercial or Marketing preferred.
* Language Skills: High level of English (at least C1); additional languages are a plus.
* Technical Skills:
o At least 4-5 years of experience in FMCG.
o At least 1 year as KAM.
o Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting.
o Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
o Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistics.
o Proven ability to analyze market assortment.
* Soft Skills: Communication, analytical, leadership, negotiation, active listening, ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, innovative, and problem solving.
