This position is initially offered to cover a maternity leave for a one-year period, with the possibility of continuing with the company afterward, subject to performance and business needs.
Partner Network Sales Manager Italy
What you will be responsible for:
You will build, manage, and scale the Velites partner network in Italy. This includes identifying the right gyms, stores, and partners, turning relationships into long-term collaborations, and positioning Velites as a trusted brand in the market.
* Develop and manage the partner network in Italy, from first contact to long-term relationship.
* Negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both Velites and our partners.
* Analyze the Italian market to identify growth opportunities, trends, and unmet spaces.
* Represent Velites at events, competitions, trade fairs, and key meetings in Italy.
* Act as the voice of the Italian market within the company, providing clear feedback to the central team.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth distribution and logistics.
* Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve the effectiveness of partnerships.

Skills and experience we value:
* More than 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally in fitness, sports, or D2C brands.
* Strong experience managing partner or client relationships.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools.
* Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations.

* You communicate clearly, directly, and persuasively.
* You face problems head-on and find practical, creative solutions.
What we offer:
* Base salary between 30k and 40k gross per year, depending on experience.
* Performance-based bonuses activated after a 6-month probation period.

Location: Zizur Mayor, Navarra, with frequent travel to Italy.
Languages: Native Italian required. English level C1 or higher, spoken and written.
Driving license: Category B required.
