Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.
For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division in Granollers, we are looking for a Dairy (milk, cheese, vegetable drinks) & Beverage (beer, juice, wine, coffee) Technical Sales representative.
Tasks:
1. Meet order intake and sales annual expectations related to Dairy and Beverage applications.
2. Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.
3. Maintain existing customer relationships and increase GEA Westfalia Separator market share with new customers in Dairy and Beverage applications.
4. Support the Head of Sales in defining sales strategies for the Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine markets.
5. Assist the Head of Marketing in defining marketing strategies for these markets.
6. Manage, control, and report the entire offer project management process: contact customers, define scope with customers & Business Line, conduct commercial discussions, and support project execution.
7. Prospect and collaborate with external partners.
8. Manage customer relationships effectively.
9. Support the Financial Department in cases where customers are overdue on payments.
Your Profile / Qualifications
1. University Degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles.
3. Knowledge of state-of-the-art sales processes, organizational methods, and tools (e.g., ordering, pricing, CRM).
4. Proven negotiation and contracting skills with customers.
5. Understanding of corporate finance.
6. Deep understanding of business with a focus on customer needs and fulfillment of expectations.
7. Open-minded, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Team player, good networker, and negotiator.
9. Excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities.
10. Strong customer orientation and ability to engage with customers at different levels.
11. Availability to travel.
