Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.
Responsibilities / Tasks
For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division we are looking for a Market Manager to perform the following tasks:
Meet annual sales and order intake targets for Dairy & Beverage applications.
Negotiate sales orders ensuring acceptable gross margin contribution.
Maintain and expand the customer portfolio, increasing market share.
Support the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing in defining sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.
Manage and report the entire offer project process: customer contact, scope definition, commercial negotiations, and project execution support.
Prospect and collaborate with external partners.
Manage customer relationships and support product development and service sales.
Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments.
Your Profile / Qualifications
University degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles.
Advanced knowledge of sales processes, organizational methods, and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM).
Proven negotiation and contracting skills.
Understanding of corporate finance.
Proficient English & Spanish (mandatory).
Strong customer focus and ability to understand and fulfill customer needs.
Open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player, excellent networker and negotiator.
Outstanding communication and sales skills.
Ability to engage with customers at different levels.
