The Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
Security Education:
Develop and deliver education tracks to enhance the skills of teams working in information security, including technical security curricula aligned with the NICE framework.Security Training:
Design and implement training programs for all employee groups across the organization, addressing cyber threats, business security risks, and regulatory requirements.Security Awareness:
Create engaging awareness campaigns using creative formats and adaptive delivery methods (e.G., Cybersecurity Awareness Month, mascots, branded merchandise). Maintain ongoing training and testing programs, including phishing simulations and gamification.Additionally, the Product Owner will:
Continuously adapt and tailor SETA products and services to reflect regional, cultural, and risk profile differences across divisions and companies.Develop and maintain key risk and performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support cultural transformation and enhance human resilience in information security.Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including information security, IT, HR, Internal Communications, and other Business Units, to promote adoption of SETA initiatives.Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in information security and 4+ years specifically in security education, training, and awareness. Preferred certifications are SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, and CISSP. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, instructional design experience, understanding of behavioral science, and cultural sensitivity. Experience with product ownership and agile methodologies like SAFe is highly desirable.Our commitment to you:
