Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Head of Marketplace Growth & Partnership
to build the world's leading "Benefits-as-a-Service" ecosystem. You will be responsible for the dual-growth engine: scaling our white-label marketplace for enterprise clients (Amazon, 3PLs) and executing a global B2C User Acquisition strategy to make Service Club Perks the "must-have" app for every independent Delivery Associate (DA) in the world.
Responsibilities
B2C User Acquisition (Growth):
Design and execute the funnel to acquire DAs directly. This includes performance marketing, referral loops (DAs inviting DAs), and organic social proof.
Marketplace Product Ownership:
Treat the platform as a high-conversion e-commerce engine. Use data (Mixpanel, Hotjar) to optimize the "Click-to-Redeem" journey.
B2B White-Label Architecture:
Ensure the platform remains modular, allowing us to "skin" and deploy bespoke versions for clients like Amazon while maintaining a single core backend.
Affiliate & Partner Mastery:
Manage the technical and commercial relationships with global affiliate networks (Impact, CJ). Secure exclusive, high-margin deals that DAs can't find elsewhere.
Retention Logic:
Turn perks into a reason to stay. Analyze data to prove the correlation between "Perk Usage" and "DA Lifetime Value (LTV)."
Feedback-Led Engineering:
Work with Product/Eng to build "Self-Healing" features (automated link checking) and feedback loops that capture DA sentiment in real-time.
Requirements
7+ years managing a digital marketplace where you owned both Supply (Brand Partners) and Demand (Users).
Experience scaling a mobile app or web platform via Paid & Organic User Acquisition. You know how to calculate CAC vs. LTV.
Deep experience in the affiliate space—you understand deep-linking, attribution modeling, and commission structures.
Product-Minded Ops - You have used screen-recordings and session-replay tools (FullStory/Hotjar) to identify UX friction and have led the product changes to fix it.
B2B2C Experience - You have previously managed a product that was sold both to Enterprises (B2B) and directly to end-consumers (B2C).
