Role
The Field and Demand Generation Marketing Manager role will provide strategic, operational and executional marketing support to the Iberia market with primary concentration on Spain. The activities will directly support and drive demand generation, help to enhance and differentiate Alight Solutions in the sales process, increase customer intimacy and drive growth.
This role will support the Iberia commercial organization and collaborate with marketing peers across Europe and North America. This role requires marketing expertise to help drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and initiative and drive to propel sales opportunities and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
1. Create, design, and implement a regional digital first marketing strategy to support and deliver and drive sales goals, focused on demand generation (MQO/SQO).
2. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing program which delivers on-time and on-budget demand generation programs that span multiple marketing channels and outlets
3. Collaborate with the sales teams to create highly tailored sales messaging and experiences for key client and prospect engagements.
4. Lead Alight Solutions’ presence externally at key trade shows, conferences, and events.
5. Oversee marketing communications including marketing automation, branding, PR, advertising, white papers, infographics, solution briefs, slideshows, client case studies, video promotion, seminars, events, collateral materials, market research management and social/online presence management.
6. Work closely with our global design team to develop digital customer journeys and marketing assets
7. Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and marketing automation systems.
8. Optimise the customer experience, drive traffic to and build content for the Alight Spanish website and leverage paid and organic tactics to drive traffic
9. Develop close collaboration & intensify partner programs with leading technology providers in your region with the objective to drive demand
10. Work with the broader European marketing team to deploy initiatives in your local markets by actively contributing to the execution.
11. Act as the regional custodian of the Alight brand.
12. Facilitate and enhance the use of social media to reach extended audiences regionally.
13. Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and marketing automation systems.
14. Responsible for managing agency relations including digital, PR and telemarketing resources
Experience
15. 5 plus years of marketing management experience
16. Local marketing practices in Spain and ideally having worked for a global company prior
17. Industry experience in the area of Outsourcing Services, Professional Services, Software or Technology, if possible, in the Payroll and/or Human Resources space desired but not a must
18. Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese being desirable

19. Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget
20. Self-starter & hands-on mentality – this role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute on campaigns
21. Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence
22. Experience with content creation, marketing automation & lead nurturing
23. Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and sales processes, and a proven ability to drive and deliver successful demand generation programs
24. Strong communication skills (the gift of the gab), looking for strong verbal and written articulation skills
25. Strong collaboration skills, real team player
26. Deep expertise of electronic and social marketing strategy & programs
27. Strong written and verbal communication skills and expert presentation skills
28. Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-moving, international, complex matrix environment
29. Experience with leveraging marketing automation tools/platforms and CRM systems
