Experteer Overview In this role you drive the development and engagement of rising stars and emerging KOLs in TAVI, bridging Medical Affairs and Professional Education. You design and lead tailored educational pathways to accelerate scientific, procedural, and professional growth in interventional cardiology. You act as a strategic connector across countries, shaping the future of interventional cardiology through structured engagement and collaborative innovation. You will lead events, track progress, and refine the NextGen strategy to expand access and impact for patients.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and engage NextGen talent and emerging KOLs in TAVI
- Design and lead educational and development pathways for trainees
- Build sustainable expert pipelines and identify future proctors
- Lead cross-country and cross-functional collaboration with Edwards and HCPs
- Track activities, collect feedback, and report progress by country
- Refine and execute the NextGen strategy, including segmentation and scoring
- Create a NextGen working group for ideation on healthcare, technology, and training
- Lead dedicated events to advance interventional cardiology educationResponsabilidades
- University degree and substantial experience in Interventional Cardiology with knowledge of transcatheter procedures (TAVI)
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
