Company with a strong international presence specialized in biostimulants, specialty fertilizers, and biotechnological solutions for sustainable agriculture.The company operates production facilities in Europe and is currently launching a strategic expansion project in the biostimulation area.The purpose of this role is to lead the commercial strategy of the biostimulants business, driving market development, consolidating key accounts, and positioning the company as a benchmark in high-value plant nutrition solutions.Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the commercial strategic plan for the biostimulation business.- Identify growth opportunities in both national and international markets.- Analyze industry trends (sustainable agriculture, reduction of chemical inputs, etc.).- Negotiate complex commercial agreements (pricing, margins, rebates, exclusivities).- Oversee pricing policies and profitability by client/channel.This role will also be responsible for leading the commercial team, including KPIs definition, forecasting, and performance tracking.Additionally, the position will require close collaboration with R&D and Marketing teams.What We Offer- Attractive compensation package of approximately €80,000 (fixed + variable).- Strategic role with high autonomy and growth potential within the organization.
