Responsibilities
* Focus on generating new pipeline by engaging with CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs through territory planning, marketing signals, and digital assets.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
* Identify decision makers within customer organizations by leveraging partners and v-teams.
* Engage with C-Suite executives, focusing on customer satisfaction metrics. Take ownership of issues and reach out to customers to reinforce engagement.
* Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics by proactively establishing conditions of satisfaction and managing escalation processes.
* Account Management: Think strategically about sales territory, set standards and priorities, and leverage specialized resources and roles. Engage decision makers for long-term planning.
* Assist existing and new customers with cloud solutions via a cohesive plan across adds, consumption, upsell, co-sell motions, and renewals to maximize outcomes and experience.
* Understand and accelerate customer’s AI and cloud strategies.
* Build a healthy pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth each quarter.
* Partnering: Build and coach partner relationships to drive scale and revenue. Coordinate resources across teams and lead on territory management best practices.
* Validate plans, drive accountability, and coach teams to meet or exceed targets. Drive strategic partner participation and hold partners accountable.
* Engage with customers through specialized resources to provide solution-based and technology-based engagement addressing challenges and opportunities.
* Leverage additional resources such as partners to support customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, plus relevant sales or negotiation experience.
* OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Fluent in Portuguese.
