Do you have financial leadership experience in a SaaS environment, a proven track record in M&A, and strong investor reporting skills? This is your next big move. Our client is a fast-growing scale-up on an exciting international expansion journey. We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.
What we’re looking for :
* 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
* Strong background in SaaS metrics.
* Proven experience leading M&A transactions.
* Experience negotiating and managing investor relationships.
* Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds.
Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
* Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude.
What you’ll do : Define and drive the company’s financial strategy. Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth. Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions. Build and scale a high-performing finance team.
