Whitewater Group is headquartered in Naas Co. Kildare and operates from European bases in Spain, Sweden, Finland, and the UK, with plans for further offices in Germany, Denmark, and Italy. The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum.
Main Functions
In this essential role, you will work on Water Treatment Technical Information Control across a number of sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centres.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Managing and maintaining organised technical information databases
* Tracking documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracy
* Coordinating information from multiple projects simultaneously
* Preparing project documentation for client approval
* Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and project team members
* Identifying process improvements to enhance document control efficiency
Qualifications

* 2-3 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent technical writing and communication skills
* Fluent English speaker
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS Project, Procore, ACC, AutoCAD and Revit experience
* Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
