Your Mission
As a Senior Business Development Representative you will create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with the Account Executives.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts. You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation.

This position is on a one year determined contract with the possibility of extension.
What you'll do at UiPath
1. Generate highly qualified meetings with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
2. Understand the needs of potential customers and educate them on the benefits of UiPath's products and services
3. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
5. Continuously improve knowledge of UiPath's products and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers
6. Continuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work
What you'll bring to the team
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field
9. Fluent English skills and another European Language Native-like are required
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
10. Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
11. Exposure/experience with Salesforce is a plus
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
14. Strong organizational and time management skills
15. Automation first mindset and collaborative approach
