Business Development Executive – Solar PV Key Responsibilities
* Gathering and analyzing market data (grid connection, market segments, forecast, etc.)
* Lead and new opportunity generation
* New customer identification
* Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity
* Sales controlling of regional sales efforts
* Representing the company at industry events and customer meetings
* Quarterly technology workshops with Strategic Key Accounts to monitor market trends and define demand potential with KAM
* Development of new business concepts (products, applications, service offerings, etc.)
* Use of Norden (or similar) software and Salesforce
* Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth post-sale execution
* Work with KAM to answer to large PV tenders
Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering or Business
* Proficient in Spanish and English
* Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills
* Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a performance-oriented environment
* Willingness to travel frequently
* Experience in PV industry a strong plus
