Account Manager (Swedish-speaking) - Hybrid - High Tech HT05

As a Swedish‑speaking Account Manager in Malaga (Hybrid), you will be part of our team of game‑changers, driving revenue and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You Will Do
- Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive profitable deal closures
- Understand partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest
- Create partner loyalty, drive partner competencies and certifications in BU products
- Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events & programs
- Collaborate with partners to generate revenue via campaigns and opportunity identification
- Provide transparency of qualified opportunities and help close large deals when needed
- Work closely with telemarketing, end‑user sales teams and other key resources to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction
- Monitor partner marketing plan execution, investment, co‑marketing reviews and ROI
- Attend country partner events and meet key partners
Qualifications
- Bilingual or proficient in Swedish and English
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
- Familiar with channel programs
- Excellent negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong motivation to achieve goals and prioritize work
- Good judgment and problem‑solving skills when making decisions
- Ability to establish an action plan and achieve goals independently
It Would Be a Plus If You Have
- Experience working in a channel environment, and knowledge of partners and distributors

- Salary 23,400 € gross per year + up to 7,200 € gross per year in bonuses + private medical insurance
