00 PMThe Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services enable the Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) to efficiently build and automate campaign journeys, primarily using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with other digital engagement tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, and proprietary tools. The role includes managing team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver campaign workflows aligned with business needs and campaign briefs.Ensure high-quality, timely campaign execution, including measurement and QA.Optimize campaign processes, drive automation, and suggest innovations for efficiency.Provide technical specifications and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).Debug workflows, report issues, and coordinate with IT support.Document technical enhancements, templates, and processes.Create and maintain workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel teams.Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in technical or business fields with a strong technical background.Excellent campaign and project management skills.Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.Marketing automation certification preferred.Experience translating requirements into software solutions.Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and APIs.Understanding of SDLC.Experience in software or consultancy environments is a plus.Knowledge of email and web design is a plus.Familiarity with Atlassian tools is advantageous.Pharma knowledge, including Veeva CRM, is a plus.Experience in support and troubleshooting is preferred.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable.Fluent in English.What We OfferPermanent contract.Flexible schedule for work-life balance.Training and certifications.Home office options.About UsOmega CRM, part of Merkle and dentsu, is a global digital company specializing in customer-centric solutions, technology, and data, with AI enhancements.
