You will actively prospect, build proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial relationships with existing and new clients.The Account Director is responsible for hitting sales targets, growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and supervising a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure quota achievement and flawless client delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales ExecutionProactively source and qualify new leads (Pharma key accounts).Build commercial proposals and tailored offers based on client needs.Lead budget preparation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.Own invoicing structure, billing terms, and contract closure process.Account Management & GrowthManage a portfolio of existing clients and identify growth opportunities.Drive upsell and cross-sell campaigns (farming mindset).Monitor account health and revenue performance.Renew and expand accounts into long-term partnerships.Team Supervision & Quota ManagementManage and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers.Ensure the team meets individual and collective revenue targets.Support team members on deal structuring, client conversations, and closing.Review pipelines, coach on priorities, and enforce a performance-driven culture.Process & ToolsMaintain and update the CRM (HubSpot).Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on progress weekly.Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and delivery alignment.Your Profile3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the Pharma sector.Proven experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals .Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing, and revenue models.Experience managing teams and driving quota achievement.Autonomous, highly organized, and results-oriented.Fluent in English and Spanish;
