**Job Description**:
**Mission**: support all HR activities of BFT/ Pujol Iberian organization and helping on integration process with SOMFY.
**R**esponsibilities**
- Managing payroll process, benefits programs and employee communications for HR related topics
- Implementing HR labor policies in compliance with local legislation
- Ensuring data input in HR system (IHRIS) and time and attendance in compliance with local and integral policy
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Developing and implementing of HR policies and reward strategies to ensure decisions and practices are fair consistent, objective and in-line with business goals
- Conducting employee onboarding and help training & development initiatives
- HR Reporting and data analysis for management review and business decisions
**Qualifications**:
- HR Bachelor Degree or equivalent studies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Generalist
- Spanish native, fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Familiar with human resources policies, local regulations and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor practices
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- People & results oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Able to work in a multicultural and multinational environment with good communication skills
