Hey there
We are looking for our next developer with experience in the technical implementation of digital experiences and a strong focus on continuous conversion and user experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and publish digital experiences and A/B tests using experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Monetate, or others.
- Collaborate on defining hypotheses, segmentations, and KPIs for each experiment.
- Conceptualize and build the front-end infrastructure needed to launch the tests and validate experiences with stakeholders.
- Perform QA and troubleshooting before and after test launches.
- Use advanced JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to customize interfaces and dynamic content.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the user experience across different browsers and devices.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of experiences and optimization tests together with the analytics team.
- Document results, conclusions, and improvement recommendations.
- Actively contribute to fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization within the company.
What we need from you
Previous experience in CRO / digital experimentation and conversion optimization, using platforms such as: Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Monetate, or others.
Strong knowledge of:
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 / CSS3, jQuery (a plus)
Familiarity with key concepts of measurement, segmentation, and digital performance.
Experience in digital analytics, with the ability to interpret results and extract actionable insights to maximize experiment impact.
Experience with analytics and tag management tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
Ability to work with agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
