Job Responsibilities1. Market Expansion & Sales Target Completion- Take charge of market development and in-depth business cultivation of EV charging products including AC chargers, DC chargers, ultra-fast chargers and solar-energy-storage-charging integrated machines in designated overseas regions such as Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Formulate regional sales plans and achieve annual and quarterly sales goals.- Independently develop enterprise and government clients covering charging operators, new energy vehicle manufacturers, energy enterprises, commercial real estate developers, industrial parks, governmental institutions, agents and distributors, and establish a stable customer resource system.- Proactively explore potential clients and acquire valid inquiries and business opportunities via international industry exhibitions, B2B platforms like Alibaba and Made-in-China, as well as channels such as LinkedIn and Google.2. Full-cycle Customer Maintenance & Order Execution- Explore customer demands and provide customized solutions. Confirm technical parameters, interface standards including OCPP, CCS and CHAdeMO, as well as certification requirements of CE, UL and TUV. Offer product selection services and integrated solar-storage-charging solutions tailored for public fast charging, residential and commercial application scenarios.- Follow up the whole business process including quotation confirmation, technical communication, business negotiation, contract signing, production scheduling, delivery tracking and payment collection management to ensure efficient order fulfillment.- Maintain good customer relations through regular return visits, technical training, policy interpretation and after-sales support. Improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate, and promote bundled sales of EV chargers with energy storage and microgrid products.- Coordinate after-sales work and cooperate with internal technical, engineering and after-sales teams to handle equipment installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance troubleshooting and customer complaints, so as to guarantee smooth project delivery and operation.3. Market Research & Strategy Formulation- Keep track of overseas market trends in real time, including local industrial subsidy policies, power grid access regulations, European and American industrial standards, as well as technological trends of ultra-fast charging, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) and intelligent connectivity.- Research mainstream overseas competitors such as ABB, Siemens and Tesla, analyze their product pricing, technical routes, channel layout and marketing strategies, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies.- Deliver regular market research reports covering customer profiling, industry demand pain points, business opportunity prediction and risk early warning, so as to provide solid decision-making basis for corporate product upgrading and overseas market layout.4. Brand Promotion & Cross-departmental Collaboration- Conduct overseas brand promotion by participating in exhibition arrangement, new product launches, online community operation and industry forum marketing to enhance the company’s global brand popularity and industrial influence.- Collaborate closely with internal departments including R&D, product management, supply chain and finance to synchronize customer demands, coordinate delivery schedules and confirm payment terms, realizing closed-loop operation of the whole business process.Job Requirements- Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, majored in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, New Energy, English or other related disciplines. Candidates with college diploma must have no less than 3 years of relevant working experience in the industry.- Language Proficiency (Core Mandatory Requirement): Fluent oral English with CET-4 or above certificate. Capable of conducting business negotiations, online meetings and contract drafting in English with smooth communication. Candidates proficient in second languages such as German, French and Spanish are preferred;
familiarity with European and South American markets is a plus.- Work Experience- (1) Possess 2-3 years or above experience in overseas sales and foreign trade. Experience in EV charging pile, energy storage, new energy auto parts or power electronics industry is highly preferred.- (2) Be familiar with the whole foreign trade procedure including quotation, customs declaration, logistics, foreign exchange settlement and export tax rebate, and able to independently prepare various foreign trade documents.- (3) Prior experience in overseas market development, overseas exhibition operation and overseas assignment is preferred. Knowledge of OCPP protocol and CE/UL product certification is an advantage.- Core Competencies- (1) Customer development capability: Self-motivated, good at tapping potential clients and capable of independent client expansion and business opportunity conversion.- (2) Business negotiation capability: Logical thinking and efficient communication skills to accurately identify customer needs and drive the delivery of complex orders.- (3) Market insight: Keep pace with industrial trends, respond swiftly to market changes and adjust sales strategies flexibly.- (4) Stress resistance & execution: Result-oriented, able to work under high pressure, and accept regular overseas business trips (1-2 weeks per trip) and short-term overseas assignments.- (5) Office skills: Proficient in office software, CRM systems, B2B platforms and overseas social media tools;
basic knowledge of electrical engineering is preferred.- Professional Attainment: Upright personality with strong sense of responsibility, good cross-cultural communication skills and team spirit. Passionate about the new energy industry, recognize corporate culture and values, and be willing to grow together with the company.
