Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and personalized service. Requirements C2 French and C1 Spanish. Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C). Familiarity with multi-channel customer support. Experience in a metric-driven, target-focused environment.
