THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - German speaking

Location: Barcelona

Position Summary

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, which includes both new prospects and existing customer accounts. This role also focuses on transactional opportunities within a shared book of business assigned to field sales.

This position requires close collaboration with the field sales team to execute account strategies, maintain strong relationships, and use a consultative approach to understand and align with customer goals. Success is measured by consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas, maintaining high activity levels, and retaining customers in a team-focused environment.

Your role in our mission
* Prospect within an assigned book of business, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k.
* Maintain outreach through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, and tracking activities in Salesforce.
* Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, achieving sales targets.
* Partner with decision-makers to align strategies and ensure service expectations are met.
* Build strong relationships to understand business objectives and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Lead negotiations, ensuring pricing, profitability, and SLA agreements meet expectations.
* Manage responses to RFPs, stay updated on products and industry trends, and identify new sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and ensure positive customer experiences.
* Leverage CRM, social media, and analytics to enhance sales strategies.
Valued skills and experience
* Full professional proficiency in German and English.
* Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and pipeline management.
* Strong questioning skills to uncover client needs and decision processes.
* Proven negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and social selling tools.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently.
