Sales Manager / Team Lead – DACH Region 
Location: Barcelona - Hybrid

We\ 're looking for an ambitious,high-impact Sales Manager to take the lead on our growth in the DACH region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building and coaching winning teams, and isn\ 't afraid to get hands-on with deals to make things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing 
- Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team focused on the DACH market 
- Own and exceed both individual and team targets—we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front 
- Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market and commercial segments 
- Use data to refine strategy, forecast accurately, and optimise the sales pipeline 
- Create a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning within the team 
What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity, fast-growth setting 
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams—motivating others while still crushing your own targets 
- Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in both German and English 
- Highly skilled in outbound sales and comfortable owning complex deals from prospecting to close
